I'm considering these as well! We can't have anything actually "thrown" at our venue, and I agree they're totally whimsical (which is the look I'm going for)!
I'm also having ribbon wands at our wedding! I hope to order them in a few months and can't wait to see how they turn out! Hopefully there will be some great ways to include them in pictures...
